We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead our upcoming high-rise commercial development projects in Yangon. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire project lifecycle, ensuring quality, safety, and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct and manage project development from beginning to end.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and sub-contractors to ensure adherence to master plans.
• Monitor project progress, budget, and resources effectively.
• Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and building regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
• Minimum 8 years of proven experience in managing large-scale real estate projects.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in project management software (AutoCAD, MS Project).
