Join our dynamic Sales & Leasing team to drive occupancy across Mahaland’s premium commercial and residential properties. You will be the face of our brand, building relationships with high-net-worth clients and corporate tenants.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct property viewings and presentations to potential corporate clients and tenants.
• Negotiate lease terms and finalize tenancy agreements.
• Maintain a strong pipeline of leads through networking and market research.
• Build and maintain excellent relationships with existing tenants to ensure high retention rates.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in Real Estate sales or leasing.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English and Myanmar.
