Facilities Manager is responsible for for the efficient operation of the property and all its equipment, ancillary maintenance, repair services, security, cleanliness and protection of the Owner’s asset.  Structural aspects of the centre as well as the maintenance of grounds and external facilities all fall within the span of responsibility.

  • Oversee building facility operations to ensure efficiency, functionality, and sustainability.
  • Manage budgets for contracts, equipment, and supplies, implementing cost optimization strategies.
  • Develop and enforce facility management policies and procedures in compliance with government regulations and industry standards.
  • Monitor building operations, safety, health, and environmental standards through inspections and operational reviews.
  • Manage and evaluate contractor services, ensuring quality work and cost efficiency.
  • Collaborate with Property Managers to maintain well-managed buildings and quality tenant services.
  • Track energy consumption and operational performance, reporting outcomes to improve efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with YCDC, fire safety, and statutory regulations with proper documentation.
  • Lead preventive maintenance programs and supervise maintenance teams and contractors.
  • Manage team recruitment, training, performance evaluation, and departmental budgets.
  • Provide strategic recommendations to improve facility service efficiency and support new project developments

Job Requirements

  • Engineering Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Mechatronics
  • 7 years experiences in Building Management System/ Managing Engineering & Facilities in GradeA building and Office Towers.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills; able to supervise facilities staff effectively.
  • Problemsolving and decision-making abilities; adaptable to multicultural tenants and diverse teams.
